Cooking Directions

1. Mix 1 cup Albasa Akara Mix with ¾ cup water and 2 Tbsp oil.

2. Heat oil in a deep pan to ~330°F.

3. Spoon batter into hot oil without overcrowding.

4. Fry on low heat ~3 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain on a paper towel.
