Oven-Baked Directions

1. Preheat oven to 290°F.

2. Rinse 2 cups parboiled rice until water runs clear; drain well.

3. Boil 3½–4 cups of water.

4. In an oven-safe dish, combine rice, one package Albasa Coconut Rice Blend, and 2–4 Tbsp coconut oil. Add hot water and mix well. Cover tightly with foil. 

5. Bake 1½ hours or until water is absorbed, stirring halfway. Serve with meat of your choice.
