Politique de remboursement

All returns require an RMA number. Please get in touch with us with your order number and the reason for the return before returning the item.
Within 30 days of the sale of the products you purchased from us, you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories, for a full product refund.
We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are used, not in original packaging, or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund, for example:
You may return any unopened, brand-new product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that all returns must include an RMA number.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is faulty, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If any of these terms are not met, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered, or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, beverages, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
