Chicken Stew Directions

1. Season and fry 2 lbs bone-in chicken thighs; set aside.

2. Combine 1 package Albasa Stew Mix with 2½ cups water in a medium saucepan. Simmer ~20 minutes until thick, stirring occasionally.

3. Add ¼–½ cup oil and chicken; cook 5 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
