Cooking Directions 

1. Add 2 lbs stew beef, ½ tsp salt, 1 Knorr bouillon cube, and 1 cup water to a medium pot. Cook until the beef is tender and the water is nearly gone.

2. Remove meat; set aside. Add the remaining 5½–6 cups of water and ¾ cup of palm or olive oil to the pot and bring to a boil.

3. Stir in 1 package Albasa Vegetable Soup Mix. Cover and cook 4 minutes.

4. Add meat and 1 lb smoked fish or shrimp. Stir and cook another 4 minutes. Serve hot.
