How to use / Ideal for: Place the disc at the gum line on the outside of an upper or lower molar, with the tan adhesive side facing your gums. Use your tongue to guide the disc into a comfortable position. Once placed, do not touch the disc with your finger or tongue for 10 seconds to allow the adhesive to set. For nighttime use, apply two discs (one on each side of the mouth) before bed.
